Kim Cattrall

 

Kim Victoria Cattrall (born 21 August 1956) is an British and Canadian actress. Her role in the role of Samantha Jones in HBO's Sex and the City (1998-04) is her most well-known. She received five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominees. In 2002, she won the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010) she reprised the character. Cattrall first appeared in Rosebud (1975) and then went on to perform different roles on television. In the 1980s, she gained to fame thanks to films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984) and Hold-Up (1985). She also appeared in City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little China(86), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing (1988) and The Return of the Musketeers (1989). Tribute (1980), Porky's(1981), Turk 182 (85) and Baby Geniuses(1999) were some of her appearances. Yvonne Joyce Craig, May 16, 1937 until August 17, 2015. Craig was an American dancer and actress most well-known for her role as Batgirl in the 1960s' TV show Batman and Marta who played Marta, the Orion slave girl Marta from Star Trek's episode "Whom Gods Deceive" (1969). The Huffington Post called her "a pioneer in female superheroes on television." Yvonne Craig was born and was raised in Taylorville, Illinois. Her family relocated to Dallas in 1951. She was a student at W. H. Adamson High School, Sunset High School and then W. H. Adamson High School. However, she was not able to graduate as she didn't have "one credits for PE".
