Kim Cattrall

Cattrall (born 21 August 1956) is an British and Canadian actress. Her role in
the role of Samantha Jones in HBO's Sex and the City (1998-04) is her most
well-known. She received five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe
Award nominees. In 2002, she won the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress.
In the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010) she
reprised the character. Cattrall first appeared in Rosebud (1975) and then went
on to perform different roles on television. In the 1980s, she gained to fame
thanks to films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984) and Hold-Up
(1985). She also appeared in City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little
China(86), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing (1988) and
The Return of the Musketeers (1989). Tribute (1980), Porky's(1981), Turk 182
(85) and Baby Geniuses(1999) were some of her appearances. Her credits in films
include The Bonfire of the Vanities (90), Star Trek VI The Undiscovered
Country(91) as well as Split Second(92), Above Suspicion (1995) as well as 15
Minutes (2001), Crossroads(2002), Ice Princess (2006), My Boy Jack (2007). Meet
